“He created you from one soul. Then He made from it its mate, and He produced for you from the grazing livestock eight mates. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, within three darknesses. That is Allah , your Lord; to Him belongs dominion. There is no deity except Him, so how are you averted?” Quran 39:6

A’isha (ra) narrates:
“Once, when I saw the Prophet (saw) in a good mood, I said to him: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Supplicate to Allah for me!’
So, he said: ‘O Allah! Forgive A’isha her past and future sins, what she has hidden, as well as what she has made apparent.’
So, I began smiling, to the point that my head fell into the lap of the Messenger of Allah (saw) out of joy.
The Messenger of Allah said to me: ‘Does my supplication make you happy?’
I replied: ‘And how can your supplication not make me happy?’
He then said: ‘By Allah, it is the supplication that I make for my Ummah in every prayer.’

If you want to understand the strength and support Allah placed in women then know that after the Angel Jibril (AS) descended on Earth to address Our Noble Prophet (SAW) for the first time, he did not run to any of his companions, nor his uncles, but in fact he ran to his wife. And as she covered him physically, she covered him with her emotional strength and spoke gently with him, calming him down till he was free of fright. subhanAllah.

Modesty does not extend to choice of clothing or physical appearance. Modesty is found in character, in personality, in beliefs, and in actions. What good is the hijab or the beard when the tongue flows with immodest intent, when the hands deal with immodest transactions, when the feet walk towards immodest actions, and when the eyes wander with an immodest gaze?

This……is SO true! have faith.
The Nikah Khutbah and Taqwa (aka Allah Consciousness)

How perfect our the ways of Allah…how he brings two strangers together in the most intimate relationship out of all the relationships we have…i.e. marriage.
and how beautiful is the Nikah sermon..that its teachings are ‘only’ based on the concept of Allah Consciousness (aka taqwa).
It is not always correct to define taqwa only as the fear of Allah…as a matter of fact scholars describe it as a state in which one know that one is being constantly observed…
To know that one is being watched during every act of ours towards our spouse. To keep Allah as the only real witness for all our actions….to keep our intention pure only for the sake of Allah….Only this way can our actions taking the best possible form towards that special person in our lives who deserves the best of us.
“It was the noble practice of Nabi (Sallallaahu layhi Wasallam) to conscientise the spouses about the fear for Allah before performing a Nikah by reciting the verses (Nisa v14, Ahzab v69, Al-Imraan v101) from the Quran. All the verses are common in the message of Taqwa (fear of Allah). The spouses will be first committed to Allah before being committed to their partner. There can be no doubt in the success of a marriage governed by the fear of Allah.”
